2. Returning Goods
If you cancel your order, you must return the goods to us at your own cost within 14 days of informing us. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

3. Refunds
If you cancel your order within the legal timeframe and return the goods, we will refund all payments received from you, including the original delivery cost (if any), no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
