All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.
UK Orders
- Orders of £50 and over are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
- Orders under £50 are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. An upgrade to Tracked 24 is available at checkout for an additional £3.
Dispatch Times
Note: Between 6th November 2025 and 25th November 2025, there will be an additional 1-2 days of processing time for all orders. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience.
- Orders placed before 14:00 (UK time) on a business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will normally be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 14:00 will be dispatched on the next business day. For example, an order placed at 15:00 on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (unless it is a public holiday).
- In rare cases, same-day dispatch may not be possible. If this occurs, a notice will be displayed on our website.
Delivery Estimates
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: Usually delivered on the next business day.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: Usually delivered within 2-3 business days.
Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed by Royal Mail, and we cannot accept responsibility for delays once an order has been dispatched.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking details typically become available on the same business day, shortly after the 14:00 dispatch cut-off.
International Orders
- International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked.
- Delivery times vary by destination country. Typical delivery to the EU is 3-7 business days, though this is not guaranteed.
- Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
- If customs charges are not paid and the order is returned to us, a refund will be issued only once the goods have been received back. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Royal Mail considers UK parcels lost after 10 working days and international parcels lost after 25 working days. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
